There’s honestly nothing I find more simple and versatile than a smoothie. They serve as the perfect on the go breakfast, a nutritious pre or post workout snack, and on some occasions, a quick dinner. As much as I love smoothies, I’ve encountered the typical problem that I’m sure most New Yorkers (or any girl on the go) has faced — there are moments when I just don’t have the patience or time to go buy and prep all the ingredients needed.
Trust me, I know how lazy that sounds. Smoothies are already incredibly simple to make. My problem is I’ve noticed that I end up going with the same smoothie combo time after time because it’s A) whatever is in my fridge B) I don’t know what other combo will taste good. Hence why I’ve turned to various smoothie delivery services to see if they could provide delicious smoothies that would save me time and money. Unfortunately, none of them really made my life any easier. I just ended up with way too much produce in my fridge and still lacked the incentive to prep them every morning.
