Celebrating one month of motherhood and finally got around to sharing my birth story (and some postpartum musings) #ontheblog 🌸

Some big things have changed around here but one thing that has remained the same is how absolutely amazing it feels for our well-being to “reset” our space

Whether you do these daily, weekly, or monthly here are a few simple ways to freshen up your home:

It’s no secret that yoga changed my life in so many incredible ways. It helped me heal my heart in my early twenties, led to the creation of my blog & this career path, inspired me to get certified to teach, pushed me to lead & teach so many amazing events across the country including a weekend wellness retreat last year, and so much more

During my pregnancy I stopped going to hot yoga studios (which had become such a favorite) so one of my biggest goals this year is to reconnect with my personal practice again. And I can’t wait to get back to heated vinyasa classes and yoga sculpt at some of my fav studios 🔥

I know my content has shifted and changed so much over the years so no matter when you started following along, I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart

Although the only bottle service I was participating in this NYE was in our bedroom at midnight for baby girl 🍼, I did manage to find some time yesterday to make a ✨vision board✨ for the new year!

This is one of my favorite things to do on Dec 31st. It’s a great way to help clearly define your goals and have a visual reminder that can serve as positive reinforcement throughout the year 🤍

Along with a vision board I also love to choose a word for the year… and for 2025 I’m leaning into JOY

✨Finding joy in this new chapter of motherhood
✨Creating space for friendships, hobbies, partnerships & activities that bring me happiness
✨Looking for silver linings during any challenges
✨Being grateful for all of the good in my day to day

One more sleep til Christmas and I’ll be over here enjoying a festive matcha yogurt bowl with all the fixins 🎄❤️!

The creaminess of the Greek yogurt pairs well with the earthiness of the matcha and when you add a drizzle of honey + berries, banana and granola you’ve got yourself a really tasty and healthy breakfast or snack ☺️

I added a little sprinkle of crushed peppermint candy for some ✨holiday cheer✨but that’s obviously v optional

🎀 Lily Joy Phillips 🎀 Our sweet little #rainbowbaby made her way into the world two weeks early and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfectly, precious Christmas gift

~ She was born the night of Dec 10th, weighing 5lbs 12oz, sporting a full head of hair & the longest lashes I’ve ever seen ~

@bayphillips and I have been in a newborn bliss bubble ever since and are so grateful for a smooth delivery, healthy baby and this time together as new parents

We are so in love with our little bundle of joy and are praising God for his perfect timing 💝

Hosted my final girl’s night of the holiday seas

Hosted my final girl’s night of the holiday season this past weekend and feeling all the feels! 💕🎀🎄 Swipe through for a bts look at my lil #friendsmas gathering

I started doing an annual ornament exchange after moving to Denver a few years ago but this was the first time hosting it at home and I loved the cozy vibes

We assembled & decorated gingerbread houses (which I quickly learned is NOT my forte 😅), sipped on mocktails, ate all the apps & sweet treats and swapped ornaments white elephant style

I’m so thankful to have made such lovely friends while putting down roots here in CO and I’m looking forward to seeing how this tradition continues to evolve next December! 🥰
