Hi friends! I’m back with another round of “what I’m loving lately” featuring some of my favorite things that have been helpful during this new chapter of life. As a new mom, I’ve been getting a lot of questions about what products I actually use for my baby girl and I’m excited to dive into our essentials!
Along with all things baby related, I’ve also shared some of the usual categories like what I’m watching, reading, and wearing, as well as the two postpartum workout programs I HIGHLY recommend.
So whether you’re also navigating motherhood or are just looking for some fun inspo, I hope you enjoy this roundup of 30 things I’m Loving Lately.

Baby Essentials:
Ergobaby Bouncer: We use this bouncer daily and it’s a must have for any new mom. I love how the infant insert is so easily washable (as it tends to be Lily’s favorite spot to go number 2).
Coterie Diapers: I know these diapers are so boujee but we’ve tried several brands and they easily are the best ones. They’re super soft, made with clean ingredients, absorb very well and have prevented many a blowout
Uppababy Cruz V2 stroller: This stroller folds up so easily and handles different terrain really well! We love the different attachments and have been using the bassinet feature on most of our neighborhood walks and the car seat when we take her somewhere new
Baby Delight Heirloom Bassinet: We wanted a safe space that wasn’t on the floor that could serve as a little playtime area in our family room. This bassinet is spacious, easy to move around and very aesthetic! We attach a toy bar to the top and the infant lounger fits perfectly inside when she needs some more coziness
Momcozy 2-in-1 Nasal Aspirator : This has been SO helpful for clearing her nose daily! The bulb syringe was useless on her small nostrils and she hated the Frida sucker (I found it hard to control the level of suction each time with that). This tool is a mister and has a battery powered aspirator with a very low level suction that our baby finds amusing while also still getting the snot out!
Rubber Duck Bath Thermometer : A must have for baby baths! And it’s a cute accessory to have in the tub
Magnetic Me Onsies: These are pricey but make diaper changes, especially in the middle of the night, SO easy. The material is also super soft and stretchy compared to other baby sleepers
Mabe Carrier: I didn’t love the solly wrap as much as I thought it would (it just feels too thin and flimsy) but this carrier has been SO handy for wearing her around the house or out and about! Another must have for any new mom.
Lovevery Playmat: It’s a bestseller for a reason! This has captivated her attention the longest while not overstimulating her like some of the other toy bars we have.
Baby Brezza: We use both the sterilizer and the formula pro advance every single day! Both are amazing and so worth it if you’re formula or combo feeding!
Uppa Baby Pack and Play: We used this for the first time during our weekend getaway in the mountains and it worked perfectly as a bedside bassinet! It’s also super lightweight so was easy to bring into the living room to set her in while we cooked.
Tubby Todd Ointment: This cream has been a miracle worker for Lily’s cradle cap! I love that it absorbs really well, you can use it on their face and all over their body, and it doesn’t leave any sort of greasy residue

Fitness:
Astoria Activewear: I think one of the best ways to motivate yourself to workout is to wear a fun matching activewear set that you genuinely feel good in. I loved both of these designs and they fit really well on my postpartum body!
Pilates grip socks : These are a must have for reformer pilates or lagree/megaformer classes! There are lots of cute designs to choose from and the quality is great
Oura Ring: This has been on my wish list for so long and I finally splurged. Tracking sleep, vitals and activity has been really helpful during this phase of life as I’m trying to be more active again
Stakt Mat: The cushion on this mat makes it super comfortable and I love that it folds up rather than rolls for easy storage and portability!

Books:
Fourth Wing Series: I flew through the first book and will admit the second book is a bit more of a slow burn (no pun intended). If you’re a fan of fantasy and romance this is for you! But I’ve heard great things about Onyx Storm so I’m excited to finish up Iron Flame and get to the 3rd book soon!
Workouts:
Sculpt Society Postpartum Program: Megan Roup really has the best sculpt classes around and I love that she has an entire postnatal program focused on restoring your core and pelvic floor muscles while building back up strength and mobility. She even has classes where you can wear your baby!
Form Post Natal Program: If you’re a mom looking for postpartum safe strength training exercises, this program by my friend Calyn is perfect for you. I especially am loving the deep core and pelvic floor series which features very short workouts that you can stack.

Style & Self Care:
Moon Nude Tote Bag : I’m obsessed with this quilted peony print tote bag and use it when I need to bring a change of clothes after a fitness class or as a less fussy diaper bag
KIP Sleepwear Pajamas: The luxe stretch cotton pjs are some of the softest pajamas I own! I love the different colors they offer and the custom monogramming. They’d make a perfect gift.
Madewell wide leg jeans : Since I can’t fit into any of my pre-pregnancy jeans I decided to buy a few pairs at Madewell. I got a straight leg, dark wash pair a month ago and recently bought two of the wide leg jeans. They are so chic and comfy!
Patchology Eye Patches: These feel incredible in the morning, especially when you put them in the fridge! They’re honestly a life saver for looking a bit more refreshed when sleep deprived.
Skincare Fridge : I had one of these years ago when I was in NYC and it didn’t make the move with us. I finally decided to get another one and am not regretting it. It’s a great place to store your eye patches & creams, face masks, toners and hydrating mists.
Towel Warmer: You’ve probably seen these in my self care shower videos! It was a christmas gift and I absolutely love it. It does take a little while for the towel to heat up but there’s something very luxurious about coming out of the shower and wrapping yourself in a warm towel. Plus there are multiple timer settings which is a nice reminder to slow down and take your time.
Biossance Squalane Body Scrub : I still have a pretty prominent Linea Nigra line from pregnancy but noticed that exfoliation has helped to remove some of the top layers of skin that were ready to shed the color. I know the line is hormone driven but this scrub really has made a difference for mine!
Golden Glaze Body Oil : The sheen on this body oil is so lovely and adds a nice hydrating glow. I apply it directly after a shower before completely toweling off as I found it absorbs much better that way
TV Shows:
Shrinking: This is such a heartwarming show about a grieving therapist and his relationships with coworkers, patients and his daughter. It’s a “dramady” with lots of quick humor and the 30 min episodes make it an easy watch when you have a newborn
From Scratch: We absolutely loved this show about an artist who meets the love of her life (a chef) in Florence and builds a life together back in LA. We also haven’t cried this much in a show in a long time so definitely prepare yourself for a rollercoaster of emotions
White Lotus: Back for season 3 and even though it’s a slow burn, we’ve been enjoying it so far and are looking forward to seeing how the rest of the show unfolds
Survivor Season 48: Obviously. 😉

I hope you enjoyed this roundup and that it’s helpful for any new moms out there! Of course feel free to shoot me a message or leave a comment if you’d like me to share anything else.
