Carrot Apple Ginger Juice

Good morning lovelies! I’m kicking off this fabulous Monday with one of my absolute favorite healthy juices. It’s super simple to make – only requires 4 ingredients, and the best part is it tastes amazing and is packed with lots of great nutrients to jump start your day.

All you need to get started is:

  • A juicer – This one is affordable and works great
  • 1 medium size apple (I like honeycrisp or granny smith)
  • 4 large carrots
  • 1/2 fresh lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger (roughly 1 inch piece)

Start by coring the apple and cutting into thick slices. Then peel the carrots and cut ginger into a 1 inch piece and peel.

Place the juicer setting on high and slowly drop the carrots and apple slices in. Add the ginger and turn off the juicer. Cut the lemon in half and using your hand, squeeze the lemon juice inside the rest of the juice mixture. Stir, pour over ice and serve!
